Receptionist –   Is responsible for greeting patients/customers and conducting the necessary pre-entry checks for compliance.  This includes careful inspection of identification cards and associated paperwork.  Accuracy, attention to detail and HIPAA compliance is critical.  Solicits feedback to understand and communicate customer needs and concerns.  Computer literacy skills is highly recommended.
