Budtender/Patient Advocate – Must be compassionate and a good listener for interacting and guiding patients/customers.  They are responsible for accurately educating and guiding one through the process of understanding, selecting, purchasing and responsibly consuming marijuana for the desired benefits.  Knowledge of medical implications and efficacy, effects, aroma/taste is helpful to ensure a quality customer experience. Activities include, but are not limited to, properly weighing, packaging and labeling product.  He/she is also responsible for compliance Checks including a secondary identification check and verification that the customer is purchasing a quantity of cannabis that is within legal limits.  Responsibility of cash drawer management open/close and handling according to standard operation procedures is required.  Computer literacy is highly recommended.
