General Manager – Is accountable for the overall dispensary operations (Sales, Customer Service, Inventory, Security) and staff management. As the Agent-in-Charge, assists and manages dispensary related tasks associated with business strategy and tasks related to facilities, accounting, sales/marketing, staff education/training and public relations.  Creates implementation plans to achieve operational efficiencies and optimal results.  Has financial responsibility for the dispensary P&L and adherence to MA laws and regulations for compliance of medical and adult-use marijuana.
