Master Grower – Will create the method and design the specifications and protocols for each grow operation. Must train the grow team team to monitor and guide the plants through grow to harvest. All aspects of the grow must be documented and maintained for future projects and scientific studies. Will be in charge of all aspects of the grow including but not limited to cloning, watering, pruning and transplanting.
