OUR MISSION: Provide thoughtful and creative solutions that solve staffing and strategy needs for the Massachusetts cannabis industry.
OUR VISION: To be the leader in staffing and training solutions for the Massachusetts cannabis industry.
The Viridity Group (TVG) formed when leaders with over 75 years combined staffing experience teamed up with pioneers in the Massachusetts cannabis industry. Principals of The Viridity Group are serial entrepreneurs having been involved in the cannabis industry since 2012 and staffing since 1995. As pioneers in Massachusetts emerging cannabis industry, Viridity principals have been involved in launching several cannabis dispensary, cultivation and manufacturing facilities in Massachusetts and beyond.
Viridity team members have been responsible for leading cannabis startups from inception to operation: building teams, hiring and training, writing the business plans and SOPs, leading the special permit process, writing state and local dispensary applications and many more functions. We always perform with a focus on enhancing profitability, revenues and the customer experience. We primarily achieve this by building cross-functional relationships to ensure success of the team. Great businesses should be steeped in customer and competitor insights to drive revenues, develop new business and guide growth.
We understand your needs with unparalleled industry knowledge and expertise; including CCC & local compliance, HCA requirements, social equity goals and more. Our efforts will allow you to focus on your core business while we find the talent you need to be successful.
